Main tasks

• Resource planning of employees, machines and equipment, test equipment as well as jigs and fixtures
• Planning and elaboration of orders for the respective areas in production (SMT production, THT production, BG production and MSR area)
• Systematic minimization of avoidable sources of error in the various production areas

Management tasks

• Creation and monitoring of personnel scheduling
• Monitoring of work quality and quantity, promotion of employee motivation
• Resource planning of employees, machines and equipment, test equipment and devices

Key data

• 40 h/week
• Salary: negotiable
• Start of work: immediately
• limited for 1 year
• half year probationary period
