Aufgaben

• Research, observation and analysis of the purchasing market
• Development of new purchasing channels
• International purchasing
• The initiation and maintenance of supplier relationships
• The selection and evaluation and qualification of suppliers (supplier assessment)
• Contract fulfillment by both contractual partners
• Responsible for costing and price negotiations
• Production control under specific capacity consideration
• Master data creation and maintenance (conditions, price, manufacturer, etc.)
• Ensuring delivery dates and quality (sampling and delivery)
• Handling of complaints with suppliers
• Visits to suppliers on site
• Purchasing controlling and key figure analysis as well as initiating the resulting measures and forwarding the information to all necessary interfaces (sales, customer, etc.)
• Gross/net invoicing with the merchandise management program Ibees/ AFPS
• Advisory function for the R&D and Sales departments and all interfaces on all purchasing-related issues
• Controls in cooperation with the quality management the requirements concerning quality and ensures that all information is passed on to the individual testing institutes
• Timely forwarding of information to all interfaces regarding delivery dates or possible quality problems
• Purchasing complaints
• Supplier declarations incl. data input and maintenance of country of origin customs tariff nununer
