You will be responsible for setting up molds, setting up and starting up injection molding machines in single and multi-component injection molding as well as the associated peripheral equipment and automation systems. Monitoring the processes and rectifying faults ensures the quality of the products produced.
You will continuously optimize and improve the production processes, carry out tests and record their results for verification. At the end of production series, you will restore the initial condition of the machine / line for operation in the clean room and, if necessary, carry out simple maintenance work.
You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber or plastic molder and have good knowledge and skills in injection molding production with several years of professional experience. You work independently, reliably and quality-consciously. Ability to work under pressure and in a team are among your strengths.
Communication to hand over the plastic processing processes you have started to the machine personnel is well developed. You have a sound knowledge of materials and tools. You are ﬂexible with driving license for passenger car (class B) and willing to work in shifts.
